A liquid herbal extract is an effective way to introduce healing herbs into your body. There is no need to break down, dissolve and digest a tablet. Being an oral liquid also makes it easier to adjust the dose to your body’s individual requirements and your lifestyle.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Best taken before meals. Drink plenty of water while on the detox. If excessive detoxification symptoms occur, reduce dose amount or frequency.
Recommended adult dosage - 10ml x 3 times per day, in a glass of water or juice, followed by a second glass of water.
Alternative dosage - 15ml x 2 timers per day.
Maintain the dose until the bottle is finished. May also be used over a few days as a digestive tonic. No special dietry restrictions required.
PRECAUTIONS
Adults only. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant and while breastfeeding. This product contains Senna Alexandrina and may have a laxative effect. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use with abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Drink plenty of water. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice. In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist or worsen talk to your medical practitioner or health professional.
